Can these flameless candles be used outdoors?
Our range of flameless candles operate in all weather conditions. Wind or rain does not stop candlelight effect. 

What types of flameless candles are available and in what colours?
There are two types of flameless candles available, flickering and still light. Flameless candles are also available in five colors, black, white, red, gold and silver to match many different home décor styles or color schemes. 

How long will the batteries last?
Each electronic candle requires 2 x D size alkaline batteries (not included in purchase) and will last for 300+ days of continuous operation.

What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made via Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express or via PayPal.

Can stock be picked up?
This option is by arrangement only so please contact us via the electronic form and we'll contact you.

Does pricing include shipping charges & how long will it take?
All pricing excludes shipping costs however the system is automated to calculate shipping costs when you add an item to a cart. Your order will ship within 5 business days of being received via Australia Post.
What is the warranty period & what does it cover?
The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product for 12 months from date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier) or other acts of nature.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any unauthorised tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorised by EsteLia Pty Ltd to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product. Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty.

This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product. EsteLia Pty Ltd will, at its sole option, provide one of the following two remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty: 

  1. Elect to repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the necessary parts and labour to complete the repair and restore this product to its proper operating condition. EsteLia Pty Ltd will however not pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product once the repair is complete. 
  2. Replace this product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by EsteLia Pty Ltd to perform substantially the same function as the original product. 

All shipping, handling and return postage costs relating to any warranty claim is at the customer's expense. To obtain a remedy under this limited warranty, you must contact us.
